I worked in various management positions in a Fortune 100 company so I know first hand what it is like to live in an organization and how to manage a staff on a day-to-day basis. As an internal Organizational Development Specialist, I worked with various teams thoughout the organization, helping them to become effective, high-impact teams.
I also have personal experience with private business ownership. A true entrepreneur, I started, built and sold several small businesses.
